READERS can now comment on some stories on iwcp.co.uk, giving their views on major issues.
In the interests of open and accountable debate, readers are being asked to supply their full name and address.
County Press editor Alan Marriott said: "People have been telling us they wish to comment on stories. It is the online equivalent of our well-read letters pages.
"We are asking people to register to comment, and full names will be used on the comments, to give proper transparency to what we hope will be a lively, fair debate."
On the site only your name will be shown, for example, John Jones. Your full details will only be used by us for office purposes and will not be passed on to any third parties.
