|Days: 3 full days or 5 part days/week (Mon - Fri)|
Hours: approx 22.5/wk
Duration: initial 3 months from March (possibly up to 9 months)
Duties: General office administration, maintaining financial records, administration of bill payments, organising meetings and overseas travel arrangements, maintaining holiday and sickness records. marketing support and updating website.
Experience: Previous administrative experience including marketing and accounts administration essential. Must be literate on MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work well as part of a team and on own initiative. Experience within the manufacturing sector and advantage.
