Cowes woes continue with Wimborne defeat
COWES Sports' woes continued in the Sydenhams Wessex League, Premier Division (today) as league leaders Wimborne Town hit them for seven.
The side lost 7-1, Mikey Jones scoring an early goal to equalise with the table toppers. But after that it was one-way traffic as Wimborne hit three more in the half to make it 4-1, before another three goals were scored in the second half.
