Foreign exchange students have been given a poor welcome to Harrow, suffering two separate attacks.
In the first incident, on Saturday evening, four French students and their teacher were confronted by four white youths as they walked to the Wealdstone house where they were staying.
At first the gang appeared to be friendly, but became threatening and two of the students, both aged 13, were headbutted by the youths and threatened with a pistol.
The attackers then searched the students' pockets and stole £40.
Only two hours later, a 13-year-old Austrian student was attacked by a gang of six as he waited for a bus in High road, Harrow Weald.
They threatened him with a gun and a knife and then stole his wallet, containing £45.
