Some months ago, an ordinary English greengrocer charged a customer 34p for a pound of bananas.
His local council secretly filmed this, then prosecuted the greengrocer for not following an EU metrication directive.
The council's case has been upheld by the courts because 'British Acts of Parliament are held as inferior to Brussels Law'.
For the first time in over one thousand years of freedom and independence, our Parliament is now subservient to a foreign power.
