A CASH boost could be on the cards for Island organisations shortlisted for the 2013 Lloyds Bank Community fund and the chance to win £3,000.
It will be up to the public to vote on how the money should be allocated.
Earl Mountbatten Hospice, Ryde Inshore Rescue, Sandown and Shanklin Inshore Lifeboat and St Catherine's School in Ventnor, have all been shortlisted.
The two good causes which get the most votes will each receive £3,000 and the other two will receive £300 each.
The public can vote online, by text message or by visiting a Lloyds Bank branch until November 1.

£3000 would help towards the CEO's Salary at EMH, whereas if it goes to one of the Lifeboats, it will ALL go to their use.Makes you think twice doesn't it?But not for long :-)
