A BOAT has caught fire in East Cowes Marina this afternoon (Sunday).
Three appliances were sent to the scene by the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service and the blaze was confined to the saloon area of the boat. There are no reports of casualties.
Two breathing apparatus sets and one dry powder extinguisher were used to bring the flames under control.
The incident was reported at 4.38pm
