PASSENGERS had an unscheduled stop when their bus took a wrong turn into a supermarket car park this afternoon (Monday).
Around 40 people on the No 3 bus from Ventnor were left scratching their heads when, instead of turning left towards Newport Bus Station, the doubler decker turned right into Morrison’s car park.
The bus blocked the exit, meaning cars were unable to leave the car park for a short time.
The vehicle was forced to reverse and exit the supermarket car park the way it came in.
