COASTGUARDS rescued a woman from mud at an Isle of Wight beauty spot today (Friday).
The woman became stuck about 300 to 400 yards west of Fort Victoria, according to Chris Welsford of Ventnor Coastguard Rescue team.
Ventnor's specialist mud rescue team backed up the Needles Rescue team, which walked the woman to safety. She was unhurt.
