Crash in Freshwater

EMERGENCY services were called to the scene of a crash in Freshwater this evening (Friday).

The accident in Copse Lane was reported to the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service at 7:08pm.

A spokeswoman for the fire and rescue service said at 7.56pm that they were still on site and it was believed one person was trapped.

Only one vehicle is thought to have been involved.
