A TARTAN treat of entertainment, including traditional Highland games, will be held at the second annual Island Highland Gathering tomorrow (Sunday).
The Caledonian-themed entertainment at Robin Hill will also include haggis hurling and a Celtic-style concert, featuring the music of Dr Kieron Cooney’s Wight Hot Pipes, Scottish fiddlers For Pete’s Sake, and folk combo, Slainte Va.
Teams of five will also compete in the Highland triathlon. Entry forms are available from the hospice by logging on to www.iwhospice.org
Proceeds are in aid of the Earl Mountbatten Hospice.
