FEELING good is the name of the game at an event in Ventnor on Bank Holiday Monday.
Ventnor Enhancement Fund's "Feel Good Ventnor" is being held to encourage residents to join sports clubs and fitness classes within the town.
Between 11am and 2pm, Ventnor Park will be full of trainers and coaches providing advice. They will also give people the opportunity to try out the various activities.
There will be dancing and fitness demonstrations, as well as runners completing laps of the new 1km running trail in the park.
Residents can also take advantage of the new outdoor exercise equipment.
Ventnor Enhancement Fund is running the event.
