THIS year’s Pants to Prostate Cancer walk raised £2,500 in aid of the national Prostate Cancer charity.

Around 100 walkers took part in the recent seven-mile circular coastal walk from Yarmouth. Organiser John Fraser, 71, of Madeira Lane, Colwell, who is still being treated for prostate cancer 11 years after he was diagnosed, said: "Considering the current economic climate, the amount raised is fantastic. I am very grateful to all those who turned up."
