The Mountview Theatre company in Crouch Hill will go barking mad unless it finds a dog to star in its new play, Penthisilea, by Tom Kempinski.

The hound will play companion to a feisty Amazonian queen, and should be good natured, medium sized, and a bit of a scruff. He must be obedient, able to sit and remain quiet.

Four performances of the play - set in the Trojan War era - are due to be staged in June.

If your mutt has got what it takes and you're willing to chaperone it call Fiona Dawson on 341 5459 to audition.
