AN ORPINGTON business has joined the elite few after scooping an Investors in People award.
Robert West Management is a management consultancy based in the High Street. The business is one of only 13 companies in south London to be awarded the standard this year.
Managing director David Pratt said: "Investors in People has helped us to enhance our approach to training and improve our teamwork culture, which is so important to our success as a company.
"We are disappointed to hear how few small businesses are achieving the standard each year and would like to see more companies benefit from the Investors in People programme. We will be encouraging our clients to commit to it."
