A MOTORIST has been taken to St Mary’s Hospital following a three-car shunt which took place at Racecourse Roundabout, Whippingham this morning (Tuesday).
The accident took place at 8.18am. The casualty was taken by ambulance from the scene. Nobody else was injured in the collision according to the ambulance service.
*A police spokesman said two minor injuries were reported and at least one driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Southern Vectis reported 15 minute delays to its route 9 and 5 services.
