THE Samaritans on the Isle of Wight are looking for more volunteers.

The charity’s chairman, Stephen Hoddell, said: "Every year, our volunteers give uncountable hours of their time to helping people struggling to cope and without them, we would not be able to answer the five million calls we receive every year."

Anyone who wants to help can e-mail iwsamvolunteering@gmail.com or leave a message on 01983 524775.
