Three young swimming sisters from Cheam raised nearly a £100 for charity in last weekend's BT Swimathon at the Cheam Leisure Centre.
The trio from Shirley Avenue were Rebecca Arlove, nine, her sister Charlotte, 10, and Francesca, seven. They raised the cash after swimming almost 14km between them at the charity fundraiser.
All three swim for Cheam Ladies Swimming Club and attend Banstead's St Anne's School.
All the girls swam their hearts out for charity, but the youngest of the three did especially well. Francesca, aged just seven, managed to swim an incredible 4,333 metres.
Nick Ibrahim, Sutton's swimming development officer, said: "Francesca was truly amazing. I have never seen someone so young swim so far; she deserved the medal for her dedication."
