CROSSWAYS Gymnastics Club entered a squad of 26 at the Bexley Gymnastics Championships on April 26 and returned laden with medals. It was the first time the Thamesmead-based club had entered a boys team and the eight to 13-year-olds claimed two golds, two silvers and two bronzes at the event at Danson Youth Centre. The girls team also performed well, with 12 entrants winning medals in the floor and vault competition for seven to 13-year-olds.
