Storytime is to become a regular fixture for youngsters at Borehamwood library every Wednesday thanks to new children's librarian Liam O'Hare.
He is inviting all under fives to drop into the library in Elstree Way starting on Wednesday June 10 between 2.15 and 2.45pm. The former primary school teacher will be doing his best to encourage youngsters to catch the reading bug at an early age.
He said: "An early introduction to books helps foster a love of reading, increases your child's vocabulary, widens their experiences and gives them a head start when they learn to read. It is also a lovely way to spend time with your child!"
