A TEAM of mobile phone operators from Dartford has been presented with NVQ Level Three awards in customer services.

Vodafone customer care operators Catherine Barker and Sue Major, based in the operating centre in Dartford, gave up a great deal of their own time to work towards their NVQs over the previous year.

The marketing and customer care director for Vodafone Mike Webb presented the team with their certificates. The highly qualified operators spent a year studying and training whilst doing the job.
