A COUPLE from Newport, Aaron Barton and Charlotte Catherine Brown, were married on the balcony at Cowes Yacht Haven.
The bridegroom, an electrical fitter, is the son of Mr and Mrs Roger Barton, of Hewitt Crescent, Newport.
The bride, a sales executive, is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Peter Anthony Brown, of Laidlaw Close, Poole.
The bride wore an embellished ivory fishtail dress and carried a bouquet of while calla lilies.
She was attended by Stephanie Grace Brown (bride’s sister), Louisa Cannings and Lucy Phillips, who all wore purple floor-length chiffon dresses.
Dougie Aaron Barton (bridegroom’s nephew) was a pageboy, who wore a grey suit with an ivory waistcoat and purple tie.
Leon Barton (bridegroom’s brother) was best man and David Adkins was an usher.
Nina Parr officiated.
A reception at Cowes Yacht Haven followed the wedding ceremony, before the couple enjoyed a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
