One week from Friday, May 17, 2013

Adgestone: Upper Road. Closed 7.30am to 5pm Monday for resurfacing.

Arreton: A3056 Arreton Street. Traffic lights 9.30am to 3pm Thursday, for repairs.

Cowes: Egypt Hill. Traffic lights 9am Tuesday to 5pm next Friday, for new water service.

East Cowes: Cadets Walk. Closed until 5pm next Friday, for water valve repairs.

East Cowes: York Avenue and John Nash Avenue. Stop and go boards at times until 5.30pm Monday for street lighting replacements. Other roads affected by street lighting works include Sylvan Avenue, Vereker Drive, Hefford Road and  Old Road.

Freshwater: Newport Road. Closed overnight from Wilmingham Lane to A3055 Afton Road. Blackbridge Road closed from Afton Road to Easton Lane, 6pm to 6am tonight (friday), Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, for resurfacing by Island Roads.

Gurnard: Shore Road/Worsley Road. Closed from Woodvale Road to Solent View Road, until 5pm next Friday for sewer replacement.

Havenstreet: Main Road. Traffic lights 9.30am to 3.30pm Tuesday, possible also Wednesday, for BT cable repairs.

Newport: Long Lane. Traffic lights near lower Buckbury Lane junction, 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday, possible also Wednesday, for BT repairs.

Newport: Long Lane. Traffic lights 9am to 4pm Thursday, for road repairs.

Ryde: Beaper Shute. Traffic lights 9am to 4pm, Monday and Tuesday, for electric cable installation. 

St Lawrence: Traffic lights approx 650 metres Niton side of Seven Sisters Road, for foreseeable future.

Ventnor: Newport Road. Traffic lights near Steephill Down Road for foreseeable future.

Ventnor: Ocean View Road. Traffic lights until next Friday, for gas main replacement. 

West Wight: Various road closures on Sunday, for West Wight Riviera  Sportive Cycling Event. Starts from River Road car park, Yarmouth, 9.45am, via Totland, Alum Bay, Freshwater approx 9.50am to 10.50am, Brook/Chessell approx 9.50am to 11.15am, Thorley approx 10.30am to 11.30am.
